We thrive on the detail. That’s why we will listen twice as hard as we talk, delivering what you want, not what we think you might want. We understand that this is your event, and our chefs are invited guests in your home, so we will only send friends, family and long-established colleagues to your event that are not just great chefs, but also honest, approachable, and respectful.

Our team are passionate about the Scottish larder and using the seasonal best it has to offer. We pay attention to food miles and sustainable products, and we talk passionately to our suppliers about provenance. We want to deliver long lasting memories, not just world class food.

We can demonstrate a track record in BBQ’s, office and workplace events, game shoots (we do a lot of these) and canapes, so we don’t just “work from home”.

All our events are unique, sample menus are available as a guide and a starting point for the culinary journey. Our team are fluent in many food styles and can also demonstrate strengths in vegetarian and vegan foods. Because of our professional backgrounds we are well versed in managing food allergens and other dietary requirements.

Executive Head Chef

M.E. Executive head chef Jesse Spears has worked in some of the finest Scottish and private estates across the country.

Jesse grew up in America where he was the private chef for 60 families on their private island on one of the Great Lakes. Jesse has since worked as multi site chef, Lead event chef for one of Scotland’s premier catering companies and is now the head chef at a leading gastro pub in Bridge of Allan.

Jesse brings with him over 25 years of personalised hospitality and exceptional world cuisine.

Graeme Windsor

Executive chef

Graeme has held many Head Chef roles in Edinburgh. Most recently he has been a development Chef for Signature Group, one of the Scotland’s leading hospitality companies. He is experienced in delivereing a variety of different food styles and cultures.

Graeme is passionate about presenting the best of Scotland’s larder with a seasonal focus on low food miles.

Ross Ingleson

Executive chef

Ross earned his stripes in a number of excellent French Bistros and award-winning Scottish Brasseries giving him an inventive Gallic flare to his cooking.

He has held a number of senior roles including Executive Chef for one of Scotland’s leading hospitality groups, leading 19 kitchens across the country including the multi-award winning Kyloe in the heart of Edinburgh.

He has a passion for open flame BBQ and as you would expect is a champion of Scottish produce, despite having a suspect accent.

Pair it up with wines, fizz, cocktails, whatever your tipple...

Many customers have their own preferences for wine and cocktails; however, we also boast a rich pedigree in hotel and bar operations, allowing us to deliver a drinks or cocktail service through our own bartenders. Doug Wood, owner of the award wining Woodwinters is our friend, we work closely with him to deliver exciting wine pairings that will compliment both the dish and the evening.
